Yevgeny Paramonov, acting energy minister of the Zaporizhzhia region, said Ukrainian attacks there killed four energy-company employees and injured more than ten others in 2025-2026. He spoke during an international teleconference on what he described as the Ukrainian army’s terrorist activities in the region.
Paramonov called one case this year among the most flagrant: a drone strike killed a district power-grid chief and an electrician while they were on their way to a work site. He said four employees of the regional power-grid company were killed on duty in 2025-2026, and more than ten others sustained injuries of varying severity.
